Hi! I’m Cindy... I have 3 wonderful children (2 daughters and a son) and they all married amazing people! I’m also “LaLa” to my 4 precious grandchildren. My family is my rock, and their encouragement has made this business dream become a reality.
On September 12, 2021 our lives changed forever.
My husband and I hosted a joyous engagement party for our youngest daughter, and the next day my sweetheart of 37 years passed away of a massive heart attack at age 62.
Over the next several weeks and months, I was overwhelmed by the outpouring of love-especially by the way people cared for us through heartfelt acts. Those acts and God’s grace are what helped me and my family through our darkest days.
Out of my gratefulness, I feel a strong calling to pass along that comfort that was shown to us. Helping others through their pain has given me a new purpose for my life. This is the legacy I want to pass on with Heartfelt Boxes.

Hey there! Michelle here. My hubby and I have 3 adult daughters, 3 sons-in-law, and 5 grandchildren who call me "Mishie". My family means the world to me, and I am so grateful for their support of my new business venture!
I have always loved putting together meaningful, themed gifts for my family and friends on special occasions. For the most part, they have been for times of celebration. As the years has gone by, I have found myself gifting for different reasons…for those more difficult times in life when someone needs to know that they are thought of and cared for.
When my cousin Dave unexpectedly passed away in the fall of 2021, I got a front row seat to the overwhelming impact of what happens when people reach out to comfort and care for the loved ones left behind.
When Heartfelt Boxes was born in the heart of Dave’s wife, Cindy, I joyfully came on board. I am blessed and honored to be partnering with her to provide thoughtful gifts that will bring comfort, hope, and love to many, many others!
Loads of research, thought, and prayer have gone into
designing a product to meet your needs.
